While I’ve been planning my adventures for this year the world has been drifting to it’s own adventure. One not planned. One not wanted. Now we’re all in this adventure together.

Rich, poor, young, old, high and low, the adventure of crises has overtaken our focus these last many weeks. A little virus that can lay us low, like so many have in the past. And yet we continue on, every day, because really, we have little choice. And realizing we sometimes have unwanted adventures is illuminating. I sometimes think adventure is what you have or look back at if you survive. If you don’t survive, then it’s just a sad story of choices.

I’ve had smaller adventures in this last month. And I find, that sometimes – it is precious to have small adventures that are in your own backyard. Precious beauty in walks, talks and sharing with others.
